This work is part of a series based on the following "algorithm": For COLOURS 1-10/54/9, the rules are based on 54 colours of an existing ink pen palette and A5 size paper. The aim is to create 9 pictures in the format 60 x 50 cm as follows: 2 colours are used in the first picture, 3 colours in the second picture, 4 colours in the third picture and so on until 10 colours appear in the ninth picture. Each of the 54 colours used occurs only once in the series.
